The position demands continuous engagement with evolving industry trends and innovative technologies to ensure the enterprise remains at the forefront of technological advancement. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the development and implementation of architectural frameworks that support enterprise-wide technology initiatives. - Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with architectural standards and business objectives. - Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth and technical expertise. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Advanced Embedded System Engineering. - Strong knowledge of system integration techniques and hardware-software co-design principles. - Experience in designing scalable and secure embedded systems for enterprise applications. - Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into effective architectural solutions. - Familiarity with real-time operating systems and embedded software development lifecycle. - Skilled in troubleshooting and optimizing embedded system performance across diverse platforms.
