Assemble resources to deliver engineering or construction projects. This position requires coordinating efforts across various engineering disciplines such as manufacturing, electrical, mechanical, structural, and stress design. The role includes managing project timelines, ensuring quality standards, and controlling costs while assembling the necessary resources to successfully deliver engineering or construction projects. Collaboration and strategic planning are key components of daily activities to ensure seamless execution and achievement of objectives. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Coordinate cross-functional teams to align engineering efforts with project goals and timelines. - Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to maintain quality and cost efficiency. - Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automotive Technical Publication. - Strong knowledge of engineering documentation standards and best practices. - Experience in managing technical content related to manufacturing, electrical, and mechanical engineering. - Ability to interpret and communicate complex engineering concepts clearly and accurately. - Familiarity with configuration management and technical project coordination. - Skilled in collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering teams to produce cohesive technical publications.
