Must have skills : SAP EWM Good to have skills : SAP TM Transportation Management Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or Software as a Service applications to meet evolving business requirements. This includes adapting application features, managing software releases, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the system. The role requires working with standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational needs while maintaining compatibility across various components. Collaboration with different teams to troubleshoot and optimize application functionality is also a key part of daily activities. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance efficiency and quality. - Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM, SAP TM Transportation Management. - Strong knowledge of configuring and customizing SAP Extended Warehouse Management modules to support business processes. - Experience in integrating SAP EWM with other enterprise systems using standard APIs and middleware solutions. - Ability to utilize low-code platforms and tools to streamline application configuration and deployment. - Familiarity with release management practices and ensuring system stability during upgrades and patches. - Competence in troubleshooting complex application issues and providing effective resolutions.
