The role includes designing solutions that align with business processes and application needs, ensuring that the final product supports organizational goals. This position requires continuous interaction with teams to refine designs and adapt to evolving requirements, fostering an environment of innovation and problem-solving throughout the application development lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the coordination of design activities to ensure alignment with business objectives and technical standards. - Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams to translate requirements into actionable design specifications. - Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM. - Strong knowledge of application design principles and best practices within enterprise environments. - Experience in analyzing business processes to develop effective application solutions. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality designs. - Skilled in problem-solving and decision-making to address complex application challenges. - Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts and requirements clearly.
