The engineer actively participates in iterative development cycles, applying modern methodologies to meet evolving business requirements and improve overall system performance. Collaboration and continuous improvement are key aspects of the daily routine, ensuring that solutions are aligned with organizational goals and user needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the implementation of best practices and standards within the team to ensure high-quality deliverables. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of junior team members. - Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Monitor project progress and proactively address any challenges to maintain timelines and quality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - Experience in developing and optimizing custom code for SAP HANA environments. - Strong understanding of database concepts and performance tuning within SAP systems. - Ability to work with agile development methodologies and modern software frameworks. - Skilled in debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving complex technical issues in SAP applications. - Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect SAP modules and external systems.
