The role requires working closely with project teams to ensure that the software meets specific business requirements. Utilizing contemporary development frameworks and agile methodologies, the engineer focuses on delivering scalable and efficient solutions that align with organizational goals. Collaboration and continuous refinement of software elements are key aspects of the daily workflow, ensuring that the end product is both robust and adaptable to evolving needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development. - Maintain and update existing software components to improve performance and reliability. - Document development processes and code changes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance. - Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in technical challenges. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must to have : Blue Prism. - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation. - Experience in designing and implementing automated workflows using Microsoft Robotic Process Automation tools. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to robotic process automation implementations. - Familiarity with integrating robotic process automation solutions with various enterprise applications.
