This role requires actively contributing to the creation of innovative solutions that enhance client services. The workday includes collaborating with various teams to integrate new technologies and applying a cloud-first and agile approach to address complex business challenges effectively. The role demands continuous engagement in refining system functionalities to ensure seamless user experiences and robust backend performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the coordination of development activities to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines. - Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system architecture and development processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Spring Boot. - Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks. - Experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices. - Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies. - Ability to work with version control systems and continuous integration tools.
