This position requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The role emphasizes establishing development standards and maintaining high-quality code that meets scalability and performance requirements. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical efforts with business goals is a key aspect, ensuring that solutions are robust and effectively support organizational objectives. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the planning and execution of software development projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. - Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and enhance technical capabilities. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to facilitate seamless integration of software components. - Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to optimize efficiency and product quality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Siebel Open UI. - Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices related to custom software development. - Experience in setting and enforcing coding standards to ensure maintainable and scalable codebases. - Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions. - Familiarity with performance optimization techniques and ensuring software scalability. - Excellent understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
