This role requires acting as the main liaison for project activities, coordinating efforts across various teams, and ensuring that the application solutions meet the defined requirements. The position demands a proactive approach to managing project timelines and delivering high-quality software components while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Oversee the integration of new features and enhancements to ensure seamless functionality. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project goals and deliverables. - Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address any deviations. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Murex Connectivity 2.0, Murex Back Office Workflows. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Murex Back Office Workflows. - Strong knowledge of application design principles and software configuration techniques. - Ability to troubleshoot complex software issues and provide effective solutions. - Experience in collaborating with diverse teams to deliver integrated software solutions. - Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices in custom application engineering.
