You will engage in continuous monitoring and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operation and minimal disruption. Your role requires a proactive approach to identifying potential problems and collaborating with different teams to maintain system reliability and performance. This dynamic environment offers opportunities to apply analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to support critical business functions effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues. - Document and communicate findings and solutions clearly to stakeholders. - Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools. - Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Red Hat OS Administration. - Strong knowledge of Linux system architecture and command-line tools. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving operating system and application issues. - Familiarity with system monitoring and performance tuning techniques. - Ability to manage user permissions, security settings, and system updates effectively. - Understanding of scripting languages to automate routine tasks and improve efficiency.
