The role requires working closely with various teams to create seamless and efficient solutions that enhance client services. Embracing a cloud-first approach and agile methodologies, the engineer continuously explores and applies emerging technologies to address complex business challenges, ensuring the delivery of innovative and scalable software products. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables. - Assist in mentoring junior team members to support their professional growth. - Continuously evaluate and improve existing systems to enhance performance and reliability. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python Frameworks. - Experience with front-end technologies and integration with backend services. - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile practices. - Ability to design scalable and maintainable code architectures. - Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies. - Competence in debugging, testing, and optimizing application performance.
