The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the applications align with organizational goals, while continuously refining and adapting the software to meet evolving demands. Attention to detail and a focus on delivering reliable, efficient applications are central to daily activities in this position. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements. - Assist in documenting application designs and configurations for future reference. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance. - Continuously monitor application performance and suggest improvements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Apache JMeter. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Generative AI. - Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and best practices. - Ability to develop and execute test plans and scripts to validate application performance. - Familiarity with analyzing test results and identifying bottlenecks or issues. - Experience in integrating testing tools within continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
