This role requires guiding teams through the entire process from initial design to final delivery, ensuring that development standards are maintained. The position focuses on aligning software performance and scalability with the broader business goals, while fostering collaboration and innovation within the team to meet project objectives effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance software quality and efficiency. - Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and skill development. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of custom software components. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance. - Strong knowledge of financial processes and integration within enterprise resource planning systems. - Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality software products. - Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
