You will engage in understanding the requirements, translating them into functional software solutions, and ensuring that the applications align with organizational goals. Your role includes continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to refine and enhance application performance, while adapting to evolving business demands and technological advancements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. - Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure seamless integration of software components. - Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align project objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Avaloq Wealth. - Strong knowledge of software design principles and application configuration. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex application issues. - Ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions. - Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Competence in analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
