Experience selling learning, technology, SaaS, consulting, HR solutions, or workforce transformation offerings · Qualification: Bachelor's degree required Job Overview: The Manager is responsible for generating pipeline, acquiring new clients, and growing existing accounts for learning, talent transformation, AI upskilling, digital academies, and workforce development solutions. The role is quota-carrying and directly accountable for sales performance. Key Responsibilities Business Development Generate new opportunities across target industries. Build relationships with HR, L&D, Technology, and Business stakeholders. Conduct client discovery meetings and needs assessments. Sales Execution Manage end-to-end sales opportunities. Create proposals and commercial discussions. Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting. Account Growth Expand existing client relationships. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Support renewals and long-term account development. Market Development Participate in industry events and campaigns. Develop account plans and territory strategies.
