This role requires actively engaging in the entire development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. The engineer collaborates with various teams to implement innovative solutions that enhance client services, while continuously exploring and applying emerging technologies. Embracing a cloud-first and agile approach, the workday is dynamic and focused on delivering impactful, efficient, and scalable software products that address complex business challenges. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the coordination of development efforts to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines. - Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing. - Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to promote transparency and effective collaboration. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with React.js. - Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices. - Experience with cloud-based development and deployment environments. - Ability to design and implement scalable backend services and APIs. - Familiarity with agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
