You will engage in understanding the requirements, translating them into functional software solutions, and ensuring that the applications align with organizational goals. Your role includes continuous collaboration with stakeholders to refine and enhance application features, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance within the business environment. This position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation to support evolving business demands through customized software development. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables. - Drive the adoption of best practices and standards within the team to maintain high-quality software solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday HCM Security. - Experience in configuring and managing security roles, permissions, and access controls within Workday HCM environments. - Strong knowledge of Workday security architecture and its integration with business processes. - Ability to analyze security requirements and design appropriate security models to safeguard sensitive data. - Familiarity with troubleshooting security-related issues and providing timely resolutions. - Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement security policies and compliance standards.
