Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality. - Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of technical objectives and project deliverables. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform. - Experience with distributed computing frameworks and big data processing techniques. - Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Ability to design and optimize data pipelines and workflows for performance and scalability. - Familiarity with cloud platforms and integration of data analytics solutions. - Competence in debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving complex software issues.
