This role requires active involvement in high-impact projects, offering strategic advice and support to enhance the overall IT function. The practitioner collaborates with various stakeholders to ensure that technology solutions align with organizational goals and drive continuous improvement within the IT environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify process improvements and implement best practices within the team. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members. - Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment and successful delivery of technology initiatives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM, SAP MM Materials Management. - Strong knowledge of warehouse management processes and integration with enterprise resource planning systems. - Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Extended Warehouse Management modules to meet business requirements. - Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and translate them into effective technical solutions. - Familiarity with data migration, system testing, and troubleshooting within SAP environments. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and sustainable solutions.
