This role requires managing application features, overseeing release processes, and maintaining system stability. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to tailor solutions that align with organizational goals while ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance across environments. Collaboration with different teams to address challenges and implement improvements is a key aspect of daily activities. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to optimize application configurations to enhance user experience and operational efficiency. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Palantir Foundry. - Experience in configuring and managing SaaS applications to ensure system reliability and scalability. - Strong knowledge of APIs and integration techniques to connect various software components effectively. - Familiarity with low-code platforms to customize and extend application functionalities. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues while maintaining performance standards. - Skilled in collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver cohesive and robust solutions.
