Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse. - Experience with data modeling and query optimization within cloud-based data warehousing environments. - Strong understanding of database architecture and data integration techniques. - Familiarity with scripting and automation to streamline data workflows and enhance system performance. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex data-related issues in a collaborative setting. - Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards relevant to data warehousing.
