Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality. - Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery. - Monitor project progress and proactively address any challenges that may impact timelines or deliverables. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Utilities InterCompany Data Exchange. - Strong knowledge of application design principles and software configuration techniques. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues within enterprise environments. - Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into technical requirements. - Familiarity with integration methods and data exchange protocols relevant to utility industry applications. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP for Utilities InterCompany Data Exchange. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A BTech BE is required.
