Practice: Accenture S&C – GN – Industry & Enterprise | High Tech Career Level: Consultant Experience: 4–7 years WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: AI Transformation Advisory: AI use-case discovery and qualification, AI-ready process design, solution shaping, and client workshop facilitation High Tech Industry Process Expertise (AI-Fluent): Working knowledge of High Tech industry processes, sub-capabilities, and associated data Process Excellence + AI: Process discovery, business process modelling (BPMN), process redesign, analysis, and optimization Enterprise Function Transformation: Functional process knowledge across areas such as P2P, O2C, R2R, hire-to-retire, and service operations AI Value Architecture: Value discovery, benefit quantification, business-case development, and sensitivity analysis Industry Data & AI: AI data-readiness assessments, data product concepts, data analysis, and AI adoption support Agentic Enterprise: Agentic use-case identification, copilot and agent workflow mapping, and human-in-the-loop design AI Fluency: Understanding of AI, generative AI, and agentic AI fundamentals, with experience defining requirements GOOD-TO-HAVE EXPERIENCE: AI prototyping using generative AI and agent-building platforms Process mining tools, such as Celonis, Signavio, or Soroco Robotic process automation tools, such as UiPath or Automation Anywhere Low-code/no-code platforms Basic proficiency in SQL and Python Data visualization and storytelling Exposure to cloud data platforms Prior consulting, deep process, or relevant industry operating experience Important Notice We have been alerted to the existence of fraudulent messages asking job seekers to set up payment to cover various costs associated with establishing employment at Accenture.
