This role requires overseeing the development and documentation of security controls tailored for cloud environments, ensuring seamless integration with business processes. The position also includes guiding the transition of security operations to a managed cloud security model, coordinating with various stakeholders to maintain robust protection and compliance throughout the cloud infrastructure. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the design and implementation of security strategies that support cloud adoption and operational efficiency. - Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure security requirements are clearly understood and met. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and support their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Security. - Experience in designing and implementing cloud security architectures and frameworks. - Strong knowledge of identity and access management principles within cloud environments. - Ability to develop and document security policies, standards, and procedures. - Familiarity with risk assessment and mitigation strategies related to cloud security. - Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure security compliance and operational excellence.
