The position demands continuous engagement with multiple system components, ensuring seamless operation and minimizing downtime. Collaboration with different teams to understand system behavior and swiftly address challenges is a key aspect of daily activities, contributing to the overall health and performance of essential business applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to improve incident response processes and enhance system reliability. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure timely resolution of complex issues. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Incident Management. - Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex software and system issues. - Experience with monitoring tools and techniques to detect and track incidents effectively. - Ability to manage multiple incidents simultaneously while maintaining clear communication. - Skilled in documenting incident reports and maintaining knowledge bases for future reference. - Capability to work collaboratively with development, operations, and business teams to implement solutions.
