Must have skills : Oracle Cloud GRC Configuration Controls Good to have skills : Oracle Advanced HCM Controls Minimum 12 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Security Delivery Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the execution and successful delivery of Security Services projects by coordinating with global teams and utilizing established methods, tools, training, and assets. This role requires managing project timelines, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and facilitating communication across various stakeholders to maintain seamless project progress and quality outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and team efficiency. - Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Cloud GRC Configuration Controls. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Advanced HCM Controls. - Strong knowledge of governance, risk, and compliance frameworks within cloud environments. - Ability to design and implement control configurations to meet security and compliance requirements. - Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure integrated security solutions. - Familiarity with cloud security best practices and risk mitigation strategies.
