Job Description We’re looking for a compassionate and reliable Weekend Care Assistant in Havant to provide essential care to clients in Havant and the surrounding areas. Responsibilities include: Assisting with personal care, meals, and light housework Offering companionship and emotional support Accompanying clients to appointments or activities Administering medication and monitoring health changes Keeping accurate care records and collaborating with the team Respond appropriately to emergencies and seek assistance when necessary This role is vital for ensuring the well-being and safety of our clients.
