This role requires taking ownership of the development process and serving as the main liaison for project-related communications. The position demands coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure the seamless delivery of tailored software solutions, while continuously overseeing progress and addressing any challenges that arise during the development lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Oversee the implementation of best practices to enhance team productivity and software quality. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. - Facilitate effective communication channels between cross-functional teams to align project goals. - Continuously evaluate project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Cloud, SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - Strong knowledge of cloud-based application development and deployment. - Ability to design scalable and maintainable software components within SAP environments. - Experience in debugging, performance tuning, and optimizing SAP ABAP code. - Familiarity with integration techniques and tools for connecting SAP systems with other platforms.
