Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality. - Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth. - Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of software solutions with broader organizational objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Workfront Work Management Software. - Strong knowledge of application design principles and software configuration techniques. - Experience in customizing software solutions to align with complex business processes. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently within the application environment. - Familiarity with integration of applications to support seamless workflow across different platforms. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable software solutions.
