Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development. - Continuously evaluate and improve existing applications to enhance performance and user experience. - Document application designs and configurations to maintain clear and accessible project records. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with technical challenges.
