Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development. - Assist in documenting technical specifications and user guides to support software deployment and maintenance. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices. - Continuously monitor and optimize software performance to ensure reliability and efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HCM Payroll. - Experience with SAP HCM Payroll configuration and integration within enterprise environments. - Strong understanding of payroll processing, time management, and employee data management modules. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to payroll calculations and compliance. - Familiarity with SAP system upgrades and patch management affecting payroll functionalities. - Knowledge of data migration and validation techniques specific to SAP HCM Payroll.
