This role requires assessing the existing business environment, gathering and understanding high-level requirements, and shaping effective business solutions. The Business Architect plays a crucial role in bridging business needs with technology-driven solutions and operational frameworks. Additionally, the role supports organizational transformation by preparing compelling business cases and steering the execution of important initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and fostering continuous improvement. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business strategies and technology solutions. - Assist in the development and refinement of business models to support organizational growth. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on business architecture practices. - Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices to recommend innovative approaches. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Personal Insurance. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Life Insurance and P&C Insurance - Strong analytical skills to evaluate business processes and identify improvement opportunities. - Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse stakeholders. - Ability to translate business requirements into clear, actionable technology solutions. - Experience in developing business cases and supporting strategic decision-making. - Familiarity with operating models and transformation frameworks within the insurance domain.
