Your role will require you to engage in problem-solving activities, contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in, while also adapting to any changes in requirements or technology. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and technologies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Contact Center Technology Implementation. - Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies. - Experience with software development life cycle and agile methodologies. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively. - Familiarity with various programming languages and frameworks relevant to application development.
