Developer Robotic Operation Support - Automation

Job Description Responsible for ensuring the operation, stability, and evolution of Automation and Hyperautomation solutions, acting as an operational reference within the Automation CoE. Specialized in UiPath and Power Automate. Ability to analyze existing workflows, identify and resolve issues. Design and implement new automation workflows in collaboration with different business units. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Experience in the operation and support of automation solutions (ROS / Run & Maintain), including failure analysis, troubleshooting, and production stability. Practical knowledge of: UiPath Power Platform (Power Automate and Power Apps) Experience in monitoring executions, log analysis, and managing failures and incidents. Understanding of RPA / automated workflows and their operation in production. Experience in incident, problem, and change management contexts (ITSM / operations).
