Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs. This position requires creating detailed documentation that serves as a blueprint for implementing new processes and technologies. The role includes close collaboration with various business units to understand their needs and translate them into clear product requirements and use cases. Additionally, the Business Process Architect actively participates in user and task analysis to ensure that the solutions developed accurately reflect the operational demands and enhance overall efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the development and refinement of business process models to support strategic initiatives. - Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment. - Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support in process design and documentation. - Drive continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to optimize workflows and increase productivity. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Computer System Validation (CSV). - Strong analytical skills to assess complex business processes and identify areas for enhancement. - Excellent communication abilities to effectively convey technical and business concepts to diverse audiences. - Experience in documenting detailed business process workflows and functional requirements. - Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and manage stakeholder expectations. - Skilled in conducting user and task analysis to capture comprehensive business needs.
