What are we looking for? • Primary skill - Salesforce Marketing Cloud - P5 • Secondary skill - Campaign Management - P5 • We are looking for a Junior CRM Developer to support campaign development, testing, execution, and monitoring within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) - P4 • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Journey Builder - P3 • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Studio - P3 Roles and Responsibilities: • Build and execute CRM campaigns using SFMC. • Configure and support customer journeys in Journey Builder. • Work with Data Extensions, audience segments, filters, and campaign data. • Support campaign scheduling, testing, deployment, and post-deployment monitoring. • Perform campaign QA including audience, personalization, links, exclusions, and journey configuration. • Support Automation Studio activities and scheduled campaign processes. • Troubleshoot basic campaign, journey, data, and deployment issues. • Follow established campaign processes, naming conventions, QA controls, and deployment standards Any Graduation,Bachelors of Information Technology Important Notice We have been alerted to the existence of fraudulent messages asking job seekers to set up payment to cover various costs associated with establishing employment at Accenture.
