This role includes guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet established standards. The position requires continuous alignment of software performance and scalability with organizational goals, fostering collaboration and innovation within the team to deliver high-quality outcomes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization. - Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices for scalable solutions. - Experience in managing and guiding software development teams through complex projects. - Ability to analyze and resolve technical challenges effectively within custom software environments. - Familiarity with performance optimization and code quality assurance techniques.
