Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the coordination of cross-functional efforts to align software development with business objectives. - Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance software quality and team productivity. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services. - Experience in designing and implementing data integration and transformation workflows. - Strong knowledge of data quality management and error handling techniques. - Ability to optimize data processing performance and troubleshoot complex issues. - Familiarity with database systems and data warehousing concepts. - Capability to work within agile development environments and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
