Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the development and implementation of architectural strategies to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth and technical excellence. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives. - Support junior professionals by providing guidance and assisting in their skill development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture. - Strong knowledge of cloud-based application design and integration patterns. - Experience in designing scalable and secure enterprise-level solutions. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Familiarity with data modeling, system integration, and API management within Salesforce environments. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering efficient and effective technical solutions.
