This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet high standards. The position demands close collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals, while continuously monitoring and enhancing system scalability and performance to deliver robust and efficient software products. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Lead the evaluation and adoption of new technologies to improve software development processes. - Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and technical expertise. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance code quality and system reliability. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in GraphQL (Query Language). - Strong knowledge of API design principles and best practices related to GraphQL. - Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures. - Ability to optimize query performance and troubleshoot complex data fetching issues. - Familiarity with integrating GraphQL services with various backend systems and databases. - Skilled in collaborating with development teams to implement robust and secure GraphQL endpoints.
