The role includes managing software releases and maintaining system stability to ensure seamless operation. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while preserving compatibility and optimal performance. Collaboration with different teams to understand needs and implement effective adjustments is a key part of daily activities. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into application configurations. - Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability and reliability. - Document configuration changes and maintain clear records to support knowledge sharing and future reference. - Assist junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to foster professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Wealth Management Advisory Solutions. - Strong understanding of application configuration and customization within packaged or software as a service environments. - Experience working with APIs and low-code platforms to extend and integrate application functionalities. - Ability to manage software release cycles and ensure smooth deployment processes. - Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques to identify and resolve system issues efficiently. - Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
