This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet high standards. The position demands continuous oversight of project progress, fostering collaboration among team members, and aligning technical outcomes with overarching business goals. The lead actively shapes the environment to promote scalable, efficient, and maintainable software solutions while balancing innovation with practical delivery timelines. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Drive the adoption of best practices and development standards to enhance software quality and maintainability. - Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and improve overall team performance. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of software components and alignment with business requirements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies. - Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns relevant to custom software development. - Experience in defining and implementing scalable data models that support complex business processes. - Ability to analyze and optimize data structures for performance and maintainability. - Familiarity with database technologies and data integration strategies to support diverse application needs. - Skilled in collaborating with development teams to translate business requirements into effective data solutions.
