This role requires acting as the main liaison for project stakeholders, coordinating efforts across various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery. The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous collaboration to drive project success and innovation within the software development lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards. - Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development. - Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align project goals. - Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity and product quality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation Advanced. - Strong knowledge of automation workflows and process optimization techniques. - Experience in designing and deploying scalable robotic process automation solutions. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex automation issues efficiently. - Familiarity with integration of robotic process automation tools with various enterprise systems.
