This role requires continuous engagement with various project components to ensure that the developed solutions effectively support organizational goals. The position demands a proactive approach to understanding evolving business needs and translating them into functional applications, while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency throughout the development lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to optimize application performance and ensure scalability. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL), Unix Shell Scripting, Snowflake, Denedo. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SnapLogic, Informatica PowerCenter. - Strong knowledge of database design and query optimization techniques. - Ability to write efficient, reusable, and maintainable code within complex application environments. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving application issues in a timely manner. - Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
