This role requires taking ownership of the project lifecycle, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the applications meet the desired functionality and quality standards. The position demands proactive problem-solving, continuous communication, and strategic planning to align the software solutions with business objectives while managing timelines and resources effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to ensure timely delivery. - Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development. - Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to integrate diverse technical inputs into cohesive solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Foundry. - Strong experience in application design and configuration within complex software environments. - Ability to lead technical discussions and provide clear guidance to development teams. - Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving software issues efficiently. - Experience in managing software development lifecycles and ensuring adherence to best practices.
