This role requires understanding the broader business environment and collaborating with various stakeholders to capture essential requirements. The Business Architect translates these insights into comprehensive business solutions and operating models that align with strategic goals. Additionally, the role supports organizational transformation by preparing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of critical initiatives, ensuring that changes are effectively integrated and deliver measurable benefits. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure alignment of objectives. - Drive continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies and recommending enhancements. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional. - Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities. - Experience in translating business requirements into technology-enabled solutions. - Ability to develop and articulate business cases that support strategic initiatives. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to engage diverse teams. - Capability to guide and support the implementation of business transformation projects.
