Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the development and implementation of software solutions that address complex business challenges. - Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery. - Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth. - Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity and software quality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Standard Edition. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Spring Boot, Apache Administration, AWS Administration. - Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns. - Experience in developing scalable and maintainable software applications. - Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code for performance and reliability.
