This role requires providing strategic advice on selecting appropriate platforms, optimizing technology costs, and identifying value levers to enhance business outcomes. The position also includes developing and implementing cutting-edge technology assets tailored to specific industries or business functions, ensuring that solutions align with organizational goals and market demands. Collaboration with diverse stakeholders to drive impactful technology initiatives is a key aspect of daily activities. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the assessment and recommendation of technology platforms to support enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. - Facilitate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of technology strategies with business objectives. - Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP MM Materials Management, SAP for Retail. - Strong knowledge of enterprise resource planning systems and their integration within large organizations. - Experience in advising on technology cost optimization and value realization strategies. - Ability to develop and implement industry-specific technology solutions that drive business transformation. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technology challenges. - Effective communication skills to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
