This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet organizational goals. The position demands active involvement in setting standards and maintaining high-quality deliverables that are scalable and performant, while fostering collaboration and innovation within the team environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to meet project timelines and quality standards. - Mentor and support team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth. - Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Jakarta EE. - Experience with enterprise-level application development and deployment. - Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns. - Ability to optimize application performance and scalability. - Familiarity with integration of various middleware and backend services. - Competence in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
