Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to improve software quality and delivery. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI). - Experience in designing and developing data models and reports using Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI) tools. - Strong knowledge of data integration techniques and working with various data sources to create comprehensive business intelligence solutions. - Ability to optimize performance of business intelligence reports and dashboards for enhanced user experience. - Familiarity with scripting and query languages to manipulate and transform data within Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI) environments.
